How to buy a gift card on Walletbridge: a step-by-step guide

Buying a digital gift card on Walletbridge takes a few minutes: choose the card, pay the way that suits you and get the code in your account. Here is each step, along with the details that save time.

1. Choose the card and the region

Open the shop and find the brand you need. Most brands come in several regions and denominations, and the region is part of the product name. 2. Sign in

To buy, you need a Walletbridge account. Signing up takes an email address and a password; we send a one-time code to confirm the email. Your orders, codes and balance are all in your account.

3. Pay

At checkout you will see the payment methods available for your order:

Crypto — USDT, BTC, ETH and other popular coins. You are taken to our crypto processor's payment page, where you choose the coin and the network.
Balance — if your Walletbridge balance covers the order, it is paid straight away. If it covers only part, you can pay the rest in crypto.
Bank card — shown only when it is available for your order.

Paying in crypto: send the exact amount shown, on the network you chose on the payment page. A transfer on a different network can be lost, and exchanges often deduct a withdrawal fee — make sure the amount that arrives is not less than the invoice.

4. Get the code

5. Redeem it

Every product page has redemption instructions for its platform — Steam, Apple or a store's website. Enter the code in your account on that platform.

If something goes wrong

The payment page was closed or the payment didn't go through. The order stays unpaid and the items stay in your cart, so you can check out again.
The code isn't accepted. Check that the region matches your account. If it does, write to support with your order number — we'll check the code with the supplier.
A refund was approved. The money goes to your Walletbridge balance. You can spend it on your next purchase or withdraw it.
