GDPR — Data subject rights

This page summarises the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent frameworks. It complements, and does not replace, our Privacy Policy.

The legal entity acting as data controller will be published here once the company structure is finalised. Until then please direct requests to the contact details below; we will route them internally.

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
• Right to restriction of processing — temporarily limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
• Right to lodge a complaint — with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Send an email to the address listed in the contact block below, including your account email and a description of the right you want to exercise. We may ask for additional verification to confirm your identity.

We respond to verified requests within one month. For complex requests this period may be extended by up to two further months; we will inform you of the extension and the reason within the first month.

Some processors may be located outside the EEA. When this is the case we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
