Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Walletbridge. The text below is a pre-launch draft and will be finalised before public release.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Walletbridge is a marketplace for digital gift cards and prepaid codes. Inventory is supplied by third-party providers; final delivery is performed automatically after successful payment.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers (crypto and fiat). Prices include all applicable fees disclosed at checkout. You authorise the corresponding provider to charge the payment method you select.
5. Refunds
Digital codes are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law or where a code is provably defective. Refund requests should be sent to support together with the order ID and a description of the issue.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, abuse of providers, reselling at scale without prior agreement, or any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Walletbridge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, by email to registered users. Continued use after such an update means you accept the updated Terms.
