1. To redeem the gift card, log on to OZON.ru website or mobile application. 2. Go to your personal account, select the 'Codes and Certificates' section in the left side menu and enter the 10-digit alpha-numeric code and then click apply, 3. You will get a successful activation notification based on which the funds will be displayed in the User Account section within a maximum of 15 minutes. If you the code is expired or has a typo you will receive a warning notification. Make sure the code you are applying is the actual alpha numeric code and not the serial number and that the expiry date is not passed. 4,If you need help, go to ozon.ru/my/chat or your personal account on the website or in the Ozon application, select the "Messages" section. Specify the serial number of the certificate and describe the situation in detail. 1.Авторизуйтесь на сайте или в приложении Ozon. 2.В разделе Кодовые слова и сертификаты на сайте или Коды и сертификаты в приложении введите код и нажмите Применить. 3.После успешной активации появится уведомление : подарочный сертификат активирован. Если код просрочен или указан неверно, появится предупреждение. В этом случае проверьте, корректно ли введены все символы и не истёк ли срок действия 4.Eсли у вас возникнут проблемы во время активации oбратитесь в чат поддержки (https://www.ozon.ru/my/chat). Если сложности при использовании сертификата — дополнительно укажите серийный номер сертификата.
